How an order moves
You get a notification at every status change. Printing never starts before the artwork is approved.
Stage 01
Brief
We pin down size, material, deadline and budget. We visit the site when needed.
Stage 02
Design
We prepare the artwork with two free revisions, shown as a visual mockup.
Stage 03
Approval
Colour and dimensions checked, prepress done. You approve, we print.
Stage 04
Production
Printing, cutting, welding, assembly. Quality checked at every step.
Stage 05
Installation
Installed or delivered, with a warranty document and photo report.

Frequently asked questions
The five questions clients ask most often.
A simple banner or roll-up takes one working day. Illuminated letters and lightboxes take 3–7 days. Large print runs take 2–5 days. Rush orders by arrangement.
In CMYK, at 1:1 or 1:10 scale, as PDF or TIFF. For large format, 72–150 dpi is enough. No artwork? Our designer will prepare it.
Three things: area in m², material type and installation complexity. Work at height, framing and permits are quoted separately.
Yes, outdoor advertising requires a city administration permit. We help with the paperwork.
Twelve months on structures and installation. If print quality is defective, we reprint free of charge.
